Valspar adds Southeastern distributor

Valspar Corp. announced a long-term distribution agreement with HGH Hardware Supply to offer its wood coatings to cabinet, furniture and millwork manufacturers throughout the southeastern United States.

“We are extremely pleased to work with HGH, an excellent company with a strong reputation built on a solid service platform, product knowledge and a top-notch team of professionals,” Wade Arnold, vice president and general manager of Valspar’s North America Wood division, said in a statement.

Under the agreement, Valspar will be the wood coatings provider for HGH Hardware Supply, a family-owned distributor based in Birmingham, Ala. Its four locations serve Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, southern Kentucky and the Florida panhandle.
