Tommy Mac will address Western Hardwood Association convention

Tommy MacDonald will be the keynote speaker at the Western Hardwood Association’s annual convention, which is scheduled for Aug. 22-24 at the World Forestry Center in Portland, Ore.

MacDonald is the host of the PBS television series “Rough Cut: Woodworking with Tommy Mac.”

Other scheduled speakers include Mike Snow of the American Hardwood Export Council, Dana Cole of the Hardwood Federation, and Dana Spessert of the National Hardwood Lumber Association. There will also be discussion on the hardwood inventory in the Northwest.
