Stiles Machinery hired eight additional field service technicians to address the growing need for qualified personnel as the economy strengthens.

The staff already has more than 46 years of combined experience working on equipment represented by Stiles Machinery, including panel saws, sanders, edgebanders, CNC machining centers, 5-axis CNC routers, profile wrappers and more. Each service technician will work from Stiles’ regional locations across the U.S. in order to provide fast response to service needs on a local basis, according to the company.

Stiles Machinery says it has the largest contingency of factory-trained technicians in the woodworking industry. “Our technicians receive ongoing training throughout their careers with Stiles to keep their skills current,” vice president of marketing communications Stephan Waltman said in a statement. “We believe that providing knowledgeable, responsive team members to support our customers is a crucial element in maintaining our position as a respected leader in this industry.”
