RubioMonocoat adds DuroGrit outdoor finish

Rubio Monocoat introduces DuroGrit, a wood-fiber fortified and water-soluble oil that colors and protects all exterior wood in one single layer, according to the company.

“In just one coat, the formula offers deep wood penetration and optimal moisture regulation,” the company said in a statement.

“The unique formulation of DuroGrit makes wood surfaces water and dirt-repellent. It allows the wood pores to remain open, preventing cracking and peeling.”

DuroGrit is offered in 14 colors in shades from blacks and browns to light pastel options.
