Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling 2,200 LED work lights because of defective wiring that can cause battery packs to overheat and explode.
Rockler is asking all customers who purchased the lights between March 2009 and October 2009 to stop using the lights and contact the company for a free repair kit and installation instructions.
