Rev-A-Shelf acquires Widmer GmbH

Rev-A-Shelf LLC announced the acquisition of Widmer GmbH. The business, which was renamed Widmer By Rev-A-Shelf GmbH, is a leading European provider of functional storage products.

“The acquisition of Widmer GmbH is a perfect transition for Rev-A-Shelf into the European cabinet industry,” Rev-A-Shelf general manager David Noe said in a statement. “Widmer is a smaller version of Rev-A-Shelf with injection molded Lazy Susans and a growing line of cabinet storage solutions.
