Rev-A-Shelf acquires Top Drawer Components

Rev-A-Shelf Co. LLC has announced an agreement in principle to purchase Top Drawer Components, a manufacturer of wood drawer boxes and accessories in Apache Junction, Ariz.

Top Drawer will become a subsidiary of Rev-A-Shelf. Both sides expect the acquisition to be completed by the end of April 2021.

“We are very excited about the acquisition of such a well-respected company with a culture of quality that matches our own,” David Noe, general manager and vice president of Rev-A-Shel, said in a statement.

“Top Drawer will allow us to grow into a closely related market with wood drawer box and accessories both regionally and nationally. We wanted the capability to produce made in America wood accessories that will grow Top Drawers’ current model and supplement the needs of our core Rev-A-Shelf customers as well. It is the perfect platform to establish our domestic wood product production.”
