Registration has opened for the 11th annual Design & Construction Week, which features the International Builder’s Show (IBS), sponsored by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), and the National Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), sponsored by National Kitchen & Bath Association.

The two shows will run side-by-side, Feb. 27-29, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The shows will have a combined 1,900 exhibitors covering nearly 1.1 million net sq. ft. of exhibit space. Over 100,000 attendees are expected.

“We are thrilled to once again bring together the housing industry for the event of the year,” NAHB Chairman Alicia Huey, a custom home builder and developer from Birmingham, Ala., said in a statement.

“This event is the spotlight for the industry’s cutting-edge products and trends, with unbeatable education offerings, and the chance to network with other industry leaders. This year we are excited to roll out even more opportunities and special features that our attendees are sure to love.”

Attendees can get an IBS Expo+Education Pass that gives them access to over 100 educational sessions and entry to both shows. Other special features at IBS include the New Product Zone and the outdoor Pro Builder Show Village.

KBIS will feature more than 500 exhibitors.

“KBIS shines a spotlight on kitchen and bath design and technology. It’s an incredible opportunity for both new exhibitors and alumni to showcase their latest products and innovations, and for design professionals to discover the trends that will lead the industry in the coming year,” Suzie Williford, NKBA Execitive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, said in a statement.

“Building from a record-setting 2023 edition, this year marks the 60th anniversary of KBIS, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this milestone with an even larger layout and new programming.”
