Peak Toolworks announces CEO transition

Peak Toolworks, a manufacturer and servicer of engineered diamond and carbide cutting tools in the U.S. and Canada, announced that Ron Bayus has been appointed to the role of President & CEO, effective immediately. Bayus succeeds Kerry Baskins, who will continue to serve the company in an advisory role to Peak’s Board of Directors.

Bayus succeeds Kerry Baskins, who will continue to serve the company in an advisory role to Peak’s Board of Directors.
