Palin to deliver keynote address at NHLA convention

The National Hardwood Lumber Association says that Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska and the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee, accepted the invitation as keynote speaker for its 113th annual Convention & Exhibit Showcase, which runs Oct. 13-16 in Vancouver, B.C.

Responding to previous convention feedback, the NHLA has adjusted this year's convention schedule to three full days with less conflicting events to offer attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.

Additional speakers, industry panelists and education programs will be announced in the coming weeks.
