New belt/disc sander from Palmgren

Palmgren offers a new 8” x 24” two-speed combination belt and disc finishing machine, model 9682414.

“The machine grinds, sands, chamfers, deburrs and finishes materials efficiently and accurately,” the company said in a statement. “The belt feature is mounted directly to an oversized motor shaft for maximum power and efficiency.

“It comes with a steel backup platen, a lower drive drum that is rubber coated for optimized belt traction, and a belt head that adjusts vertically, horizontally and to any position in-between. The disc section is mounted directly to an oversized motor shaft for added power.”
