Woodpeckers introduces the new Align-A-Saw System, which includes a gauge and saw plate, to provide a reference for table saw alignment procedures.

“By replacing the blade of your table saw with a surface ground 3/8" thick solid steel plate you have a longer, straighter and unobstructed reference for aligning your tabletop to the arbor or adjusting square and 45-degree stops. You can stop worrying about measuring between the teeth and dodging rosin and pitch build-up and dial in your saw precisely and quickly,” the company said in a statement.

“The system includes the Align-A-Saw Gauge in addition to the Align-A-Saw Plate. The Gauge is a thin, carefully machined stainless steel square sized and shaped perfectly for setting up table saws. The thin profile reveals even the slightest misalignment. A clever stand drops in the miter gauge track to keep the Gauge perpendicular to the plane of the blade. A cut-out in the base eliminates interference from table inserts.”

Woodpeckers offers the two components individually or as a package deal with a wall-mountable storage case.
