Midwest Automation sells kitchen countertop division; retains panel laminating division

Balanced Enterprise Solutions LLC, the parent company of Evans Machinery Co. and Ritter Machinery, has acquired the kitchen countertop division of Midwest Automation and will be known moving forward as Evans Midwest.

Midwest Automation has retained ownership of its panel laminating division including machines and systems for woodworking, doors, composite panels, SIP (structural insulated panels), aviation, RV and transportation markets, and all related parts and service.

Midwest Automation, a U.S. manufacturer of industrial machinery since 1959, will continue to engineer and manufacture machines and systems for the expanding woodworking, composites, and metalworking industries.
