The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine, will present three 12-week Furniture Intensive sessions in 2023 and enrollment is open.

These include design professionals who want the deep understanding of materials and construction they need to turn their ideas into reality. With two instructors and an assistant available for only twelve students, each participant is able to individualize the course of study to fit his or her interests and level of experience,” the school said in a statement.

The sessions are scheduled for Feb. 20 to May 12 (limited availability); June 12 to Sept. 1, and Oct. 30 to Jan. 26, 2024.

The lead instructors are Reed Hansuld, Brian Reid, and Aaron Fedarko and are joined by others including Adrian Ferrazzutti, Peter Korn, Libby Schrum, and Chelsea Witt.
