Laguna Tools introduced the four-axis CNC Turner at IWF 2012 in Atlanta.

“It truly is the best of both worlds,” Laguna president Torben Helshoj said in a statement. “Not only does it require a very conservative footprint (36” x 80” with 13" of Z travel at 10" diameter on A axis), but this beautifully engineered piece of equipment enables woodworkers to literally create anything they envision — from intricately carved gun stocks and wood turnings to claw foot legs with mortise-and-tendon joints.

“Even flat stock can be easily processed by simply removing the turner attachment.”

The Laguna 4-Axis CNC Turner is also available in a “two-up” version with two spindles and two rotary axis for higher turning productivity.
