There were more than 600 exhibitors at the 2018 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, held Jan. 9-11 in Orlando, which registered its fifth straight year of increased attendance.
The annual trade show, owned by the National Kitchen & Bath Association, showcases the latest industry products, trends and technologies
“KBIS 2018 was incredible. Exhibitors introduced amazing new innovations this year and the energy on the show floor was electric. What a positive start to the new year for our industry,” Suzie Williford, vice president of industry relations and chief strategy officer for the NKBA, said in a statement.
“The kitchen and bath industry is strong and growing. From our most recent research study, the NKBA expects growth to continue throughout 2018. Our community of manufacturers, design professionals, showrooms and builders has an incredible opportunity to carry the momentum gained at KBIS forward throughout the year.”
The NKBA forecasts the U.S. residential kitchen and bath market will increase more than 10 percent in 2017 to an estimated $163 billion, and will grow an additional 9 percent in 2018.
The 2019 KBIS is scheduled for Feb. 19-21 in Las Vegas.
