InCompass Acquires Newman Machine Co.

InCompass, a platform company of TJM Capital Partners, announces the acquisition of the Newman Machine Co., a long-time manufacturer of planers, grinders, sanders and more in Browns Summit, N.C.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

InCompass owns several brands within the industrial machinery sector, including Timesavers, Dubois Equipment Co., Randbright, Bourn & Koch, Mollart Machinery, Clausing Industrial, Pratt Burnerd, and U.K.-based Colchester Machine Tool Solutions.
