Harvey hires new national sales manager for Gyro Air

Curt Corum, Harvey Industries’ new Gyro Air national sales manager, brings 40 years of experience in dust collection and system design, according to the company.

“Prior to joining the Gyro Air team, Corum worked as technical sales manager for Air Handling Systems, where he delivered problem-solving solutions for small shops and major corporations,” the company said in a statement.

“Curt is a recognized industry leader in the field of dust and fume collection. He has presented at over 30 seminars throughout his career and authored, co-authored and served as technical advisor for articles published by Fine Woodworking, Wood & Wood Products, FDM, Woodshop News and Powder & Bulk Solids, to name just a few. Curt also served as technical advisor for the installation of dust collection systems for The New Yankee Workshop hosted by Norm Abram and This Old House television shows.

“For over 15 years, Curt has served as technical moderator for the Woodweb, an online forum on dust collection, plant maintenance and safety.
