General International recently added to its sales force with three new sales agencies and 12 new sales managers.
“These latest moves further the companies’ goal to provide easier access to their products with a more complete representation of the line for distributors and customers everywhere in the U.S,” said General product manager Norm Frampton.
Mike Box was appointed territory manager for Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, according to a company release.
Mike Doremus will manage a territory that will include North Dakota and South Dakota as well as Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
Norman Penfield and his team at Ole Pro Sales Agency will be calling on distributors in the Southwest including Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia as well as North Carolina and South Carolina.
Led by Jeff Swinehart, Total Distribution Sales Consultants LLC was assigned to cover the Northeast including New York, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia, Maryland and D.C., Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.
Peter Kennedy, regional sales manager for Eastern North America will oversee the new sales staff. Longtime representatives Marc Berner of Marsco Marketing and Terri Pucik and her team at S&S Industrial Marketing will continue to manage the Western portion of the country under the supervision of Western North American sales manager David Carchesio.
Former Steel City president Scott Box will continue to oversee U.S. operations in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
