Florida School of Woodwork to host SAPFM conference

The Florida School of Woodwork in Tampa, Fla., is scheduled to host a Society of American Period Furniture Makers conference on Sept. 22.

The conference is specifically designed for people who are interested in furniture making skills and techniques of period furniture.

“Period furniture is such a joy to make. It requires so many skills to do well and we are delighted to partner with the Florida School of Woodwork. Because of them we will be able to open up this conference to many more people and have a real workshop and great school to do it in,” Joe Kunzman, an SAPFM regional chapter president, said in a statement.
