Biesse Canada and Planit Canada say their recent first Expert Seminars Series event at the British Columbia Institute of Technology was a success.
The event welcomed nearly 40 attendees from dozens of Canadian companies. Highlights included in depth consultation with international product experts and hands-on demonstrations with the latest machinery and software for cabinets and nesting.
“The Expert Seminars Series events are attractive to customers since they provide an opportunity for buyers to work with experts in both hardware and software to develop specific applications that meet their needs,” Biesse Canada product area manager Terry Neufeld said in a statement.
Neufeld said nearly 80 percent of the attendees were first-time CNC buyers and there was a particularly high interest in software, with all visitors seeking to either purchase new entry-level software or upgrade their existing systems.
Biesse and Planit will hold more Expert Seminars Series throughout the year. For information, visit www.biessecanada.com.
