Fabuwood, a semi-custom cabinetry company, announces the acquisition of Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry in Schaefferstown, Pa.

Plain & Fancy will retain its name, identity, fully custom offerings and remain a luxury brand. Fabuwood will continue to specialize in semi-custom cabinetry. Under Fabuwood's corporate umbrella, Plain & Fancy will benefit from enhanced resources and support, the companies said in a statement.
