FormFill Products and ColorFast Industries Inc., both manufacturers of color-matched caulking and related products, have announced a joint venture regarding the manufacture, sale, and distribution of a wide range of products specifically targeting the laminate and woodworking industries.

The joint venture allows ColorFast to manufacture color-matched products from the FormFill range in its manufacturing facility in Alvarado, Texas.

“We could not be more excited. The laminate and woodworking industry has been a target of ours for several years and bringing on the expertise of FormFill Products in these industries creates significant synergy and will be of great benefit to the market,” Dexter Tuttle, owner of ColorFast Industries, said in a statement.
