Atlas Copco Compressors acquires Mesa Equipment & Supply Co.

Atlas Copco has acquired the operating assets of the compressor business of Mesa Equipment & Supply Co., headquartered in Albuquerque, N.M.

“Mesa is a company with whom we have enjoyed a long working relationship, and it’s always a proud day when we are able to bring such a talented group of people directly into Atlas Copco,” Robert Eshelman, president Atlas Copco Compressors LLC, said in a statement. “We work with many great customers across New Mexico and keeping a strong presence across the area is very important to us as we work to develop and grow the business.”

Mesa has been a distributor for Atlas Copco Compressors for several decades and will be integrated into the company’s West Region. The purchase price was not disclosed.
