Adentra Acquires Woolf Distributing

Adentra Inc. has acquired Woolf Distributing Co., a distributor of architectural building and millwork products for residential and commercial projects with a strong presence in seven midwestern states.

“We are pleased to welcome Woolf’s team to Adentra,” Rob Brown, President and CEO of Adentra, said in a statement.

“Woolf expands our geographic footprint and product offering, adding complementary millwork locations to our U.S. midwest operations, as well as new branded specialty products in the outdoor living product category.”
