Woodcraft stores add Apollo Sprayers

Apollo Sprayers International Inc., a manufacturer of HVLP turbine systems, reached an agreement to offer its products through Woodcraft stores, the retailer's website and its printed catalog.

"We are absolutely delighted to ally ourselves with a great company like Woodcraft," president and CEO of Apollo president and CEO John Darroch said in a company release. "We have much in common: a dedication to quality, a passion for giving woodworkers what they need most and a long history of serving those needs. Woodcraft has been going for more than 80 years; Apollo for more than 40. That's a great heritage that will benefit woodworkers all over the country."

The Apollo/Woodcraft relationship will roll out during the next few months. Apollo senior vice president and COO Bill Boxer said that Apollo's strong reputation in powerful HVLP systems was appealing to Woodcraft. "We've been working with in-house Woodcraft staff, technical and phone support staff to familiarize them with Apollo products and systems, including the new Apollo Power Series, as they become available through Woodcraft stores, their website and their printed catalog from April 2011.

"The Woodcraft reputation is such that customers turn to them for information and classes in their in-store classrooms. We'll be working closely to develop an education program to help everyone who purchases an Apollo Sprayer Turbine System or Conversion gun to achieve the finest finish."
