Weinig AG, a manufacturer of machines and systems for solid wood processing, presented more than 30 exhibits at Ligna 2011 in Hanover, Germany.
"Our full range of products and services for industrial and artisan applications is unique in the market and was rewarded in Hanover with lively demand and good sales figures" Weinig CEO Wolfgang Pöschl said in a statement. "In addition, our innovations have a wide scope of application, confirming our orientation to profitable quality products tailored perfectly to customers' individual requirements.
"This shows that Ligna continues to consolidate its position as the unchallenged world leader of trade fairs in this sector."
The Weinig group sold approximately 160 machines and systems at the trade fair. The company said it expects brisk follow-up business after the fair.
