Turning contest supports military veterans

Woodcraft, The PatriWoodworker organization and Easy Wood Tools are sponsoring a woodturning contest to raise money to build homes for seriously injured U.S. veterans.

Entries will be accepted through Oct. 1 in the form of digital photos to be submitted to thepatriotwoodworker@verizon.net. Contestants can enter any turning they created in the last two years. Entries will be judged on uniqueness, complexity, color, form and finish.
