SCM opens West Coast showroom and service center

SCM Group North America announced the opening of its new West Coast showroom and service center in Carson, Calif.

The 20,000-sq.-ft. facility provides product and software training and additional service support. It has 5,000-sq.-ft. showroom offering daily demonstrations by an experienced staff, according to the company.

“Our new West Coast operation will offer efficient logistics services to the region, while reducing lead and receiving times, and providing our customers’ improved overall support,” machinery division director Luigi De Vito said in a statement.

A grand opening and open house is scheduled for June 3-4.
