Oliver to host membrane press seminar

Oliver Machinery is offering a free seminar April 1-2 on membrane press technology at its U.S. facility near Seattle.

Oliver introduced the Model 8015 membrane press at IWF 2010 after finding that a full-featured membrane press priced for the small- to medium-size custom shop was lacking in the U.S. market.

The upcoming seminar will focus on applications for membrane press technology, types of films, PVCs, PETs and other materials that can be pressed and their respective pressing times, pressure, vacuum and heat requirements. Attendees will also be able to talk directly with the engineers that designed Oliver's membrane press.
