KL Communications, producer of the Fine Furnishings Shows, announced schedule and venue changes for the 2012 season.
The fourth annual Baltimore Fine Furnishings Show moves to an exhibit building at the Maryland State Fairgrounds and runs May 4-6. “This new venue will give exhibitors and attendees easy access on and off the highway to a ground floor building, free parking, plenty of food and lodging options, and a new Wegmans grocery store nearby,” show manager Karla Little said in a statement.
The seventh annual Milwaukee Fine Furnishings Show returns Oct. 5-7 to The Garage at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
The 17th annual Providence Fine Furnishings Show will be held Nov. 2-4 at the Pawtucket Armory Arts Center. The longest running of the three shows, the new venue will be one of the many exciting surprises at the Providence show, according to Little.
“I have been looking for a new home for the show for several years and have always loved the Armory building. It has been home to the Foundry Christmas Craft Show for a few years,” she said. “The building has gorgeous architecture and a new owner who has made wonderful improvements. Pawtucket is growing as an arts center and destination for art and craft, so we are excited to be a part of this movement.”
