New North American service manager at SCM

SCM Group North America named Marc Legal as its North American service manager.

Legal has been in the customer service industry since 1983 and with SCM Group since 2006 as the service coordinator for SCM Group Canada. He will oversee the day-to-day operations for service departments across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

"We strive to grow and succeed with retention of customer confidence. Prompt response and solving complex issues are things we take pride in as a service department," says Legal in a news release.
