Milwaukee Tool, subsidiary of Techtronic Industries, announced the acquisition of the Imperial Blades in Sun Prairie, Wis.

“Imperial Blades is a strong brand focused on expanding and delivering a broad range of high-quality solutions to the oscillating tool category,” Joseph Galli, CEO of Techtronic Industries, said in a statement.
