King Plastics debuts cabinet-door fabrication program

King Plastic Corp., a manufacturer of polymer sheets, slabs and massive shapes, is introducing King DuraStyle, a new CNC door and panel fabrication program designed to help cabinetmakers and installers take advantage of new opportunities in polymer cabinets.

The King DuraStyle program puts precision door and panel fabrication within reach of cabinetmakers who either don't have the resources to fabricate the doors or don’t want to mix polymer waste into their wood waste stream, according to the company.

“King DuraStyle combines our environmentally stabilized sheet with designer styles and state-of-the-art CNC fabrication,” company president Jeff King said in a statement. “Because our products work like wood, it is easy for cabinet makers to fabricate their own cabinet boxes. Now they have a way to easily order elegant doors and take advantage of growing customer demand.
