The 2010 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, "Be Inspired," will be held April 16-18 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Now in its 47th year, K/BIS is the world's largest international trade show event dedicated to its industry, featuring innovative products, educational sessions and networking opportunities.

Owned by the National Kitchen and Bath Association, sponsored by Kitchen and Bath Business magazine and produced by Nielsen Business Media, the show is expected to draw more than 30,000 attendees and nearly 700 exhibitors

The event brings together the industry's top dealers, designers, builders, remodelers, retailers and other professionals directly involved in the design and remodel of residential kitchens and bathrooms. K/BIS features nearly 350,000 sq. ft. of exhibition space and an educational conference program. The show theme, "Be Inspired," aims to stimulate kitchen and bath industry professionals as the nation slowly works out of an almost two-year-long economic recession.

"With consumers growing savvier than ever when it comes to home improvement, K/BIS offers its attendees and exhibitors an unparalleled opportunity to get a leg up on the competition by showcasing the latest products and trends in the marketplace," says Mark Karas, NKBA's president.

The scheduled keynote speaker is Sergio Zyman, former chief marketing officer for the Coca-Cola Co.
