Hi Tech Veneer owner buys out partner

Hi Tech Veneer says CEO Jason Crapo is now the sole proprietor after recently buying out Jeff Cox’s 50 percent of the company.

The company says Crapo is investing $2.9 million into the company.

Immediate plans include increasing the work force by 30 percent, purchasing six additional pieces of equipment, updating computer systems and software, providing the most competitive pricing available, and establishing a standard lead time of three to five days.
