DeWalt announced a landmark of 10 million tools produced at its manufacturing facility in Charlotte, N.C.

The company also said its has produced more than 90 million products with global materials across its seven U.S. manufacturing plants in 2016, compared to 62 million in 2015.

In addition to Charlotte, DeWalt operates manufacturing facilities in New Britain, Conn.; Greenfield, Ind.; Hampstead, Md.; Shelbyville, Ky.; Cheraw, S.C., and Jackson, Tenn.

“Year after year, DeWalt has significantly increased its production of tools made in the U.S. with global materials,” DeWalt’s Professional Products Group president Frank Mannarino said in a statement. “We are a global brand proud to have been founded in the United States and proud to continue to manufacture in the United States.”
