C.H. Briggs to acquire Dolan & Traynor

C.H. Briggs announced that it has agreed to purchase certain assets of Dolan & Traynor in Wayne, N.J. Concurrent with this announcement, Corian Design grants C.H. Briggs expanded distribution rights for Corian Solid Surface and Corian Quartz in regions operated by Dolan & Traynor upon completion of the transaction.

C.H. Briggs expects the transaction to close mid April.
