I ran into an old friend the other day who said he was downsizing and asked me if I had any use for a 20” band saw.
What woodworker has no use for a 20” band saw?
I told him that my current workspace was not overly generous and that I already had a 14” band saw with a 6” riser and a 1.5-hp motor. He said that was more the size he wanted so I offered to trade with him.
To my surprise, he jumped on it and we arranged a date to make the swap. That got postponed to some time in the near future. Possibly he reconsidered.
We’ll have to see where it lands …
