Two new charging options from Porter-Cable

Porter-Cable introduces a 20-volt Max Charging Storage Bag, model PCCB122C2, and Charging Radio, model PCCR701B.

The storage bag is the first product in the Porter-Cable line to offer charging capabilities in a stand-alone storage product, according to the company.

“While many contractors struggle with jumbled bags of tools and batteries, this new storage bag keeps everything organized. The 20-volt Max* Charging Storage Bag not only holds up to ten batteries, but it also features a simultaneous dual port charger. The removable dual port charger can charge two Porter-Cable 1.3-Ah lithium ion batteries in 40 minutes. The storage bag includes a USB charging feature so users can also charge their mobile devices,” the company said in a statement.

“The 20-volt Max Charging Radio brings impressive sound quality to the jobsite with loud volume. In addition to providing tunes, the radio also charges Porter-Cable 20-volt Max batteries at a 1A charge rate. The radio can be powered by a 20-volt Max battery or a power cord. The radio is protected by a durable roll cage for jobsite toughness. In addition, the radio features AM/FM and when used with an auxiliary cord.
