Oneida introduces Dust Deputy Bagger

The new Dust Deputy Bagger from Oneida Air Systems combines the company’s Dust Deputy cyclone separator with a wall-mounted bagging system that turns a wet/dry vacuum into a two-stage dust collector.

“The idea behind the Dust Deputy Bagger is that it separates 99 percent of the waste before it gets to the vacuum and filter. The filter remains clean and suction remains constant while the waste is contained conveniently in a bag which can be easily tied off and removed for disposal,” says company president Robert Witter.

“This product should be a great asset for improving industrial hygiene in shops that collect from many two inch and smaller diameter dust ports.”

The Bagger’s uses standard 4 mil garbage bags in place of traditional dust collection bins. With the bag installed, the wall-mounted bagging system measures 12” wide, 12” deep, and 50” tall.

The Dust Deputy Bagger sells for $149.95 and includes a clear Dust Deputy cyclone, wall bracket, hardware, bag collection system with five clear plastic 25-gallon bags, and six feet of hose.
