New shelf tightener from Lockdowel

Lockdowel will unveil its invisible shelf tightener at the 2018 Cabinets & Closets Expo at the Pasadena Convention Center, Mar. 27-29, in Pasadena, Calif.

Lockdowel manufactures snap-in fastener solutions for closets, cabinets and furniture without the use of glue, screws or assembly tools.

“Our new Lockdowel invisible shelf tightener makes an adjustable shelf work like a permanent shelf,” Bryan Koelling, president of Lockdowel Inc., said in a statement. “It takes about two minutes to install or remove.”

The shelf tightener inserts into a 5mm hole, and then the user slides a pre-routed shelf edge over the tightener to secure it.
