New oscillating multi-tool from Festool

Festool USA is introducing the new Vecturo OSC 18, an 18-volt cordless oscillating tool featuring the company’s EC-TEC brushless motor, variable-speed settings and StarlockMax tool holder.

“Unlike any other oscillating multi-tool, the OSC is designed to be used with a Festool-exclusive plunge base and depth stop for guidance and control, delivering precise cuts every time,” the company said in a statement.

“The plunge base also is designed with dust extraction for a nearly dust-free worksite. In addition, the ergonomic housing of the OSC 18 complements the shock-absorption achieved by isolating the tool’s motor and the drive mechanism for virtually vibration-free comfort on the jobsite.”
