ISOtunes, a provider of hearing protectors “that go beyond blocking noise”, has added three new headset-style models: the Link 2.0, Free Aware and Air Defender.
“As our brand and product offerings continue to evolve, we’re discovering new and innovative ways to provide hearing protection to consumers across all industries and skill levels, ranging from the family handyperson and DIYer, to the skilled professionals working with power tools and heavy machinery,” says Eric Murphy, co-founder of ISOtunes. “Providing affordable and practical solutions to hearing protection is our top priority, and our customers will see that reflected in the new products.”
The Link 2.0, priced at $119, offers the company’s highest level of over-ear noise isolation and up to 50 hours of battery life, along with Bluetooth 5.0 technology.
“Complete with microphone background noise reduction, it allows customers to both protect their hearing and communicate clearly while working in high-noise environments,” the company said. “The headset features a cushioned headband for user comfortability and raised buttons for easier detection, as well as SafeMax Technology to deliver clear audio quality while limiting the volume output to 85 dBA.”
Free Aware is a wireless hearing protector with Bluetooh 5.2, providing users with “complete situational awareness and protection at the same time,” according to the company. Free Aware sells for about $200.
The Air Defender features memory foam ear cushions for those who prefer over-ear headphones to safely listen to music while working in the shop. It sells for about $80.
