Max USA introduces SuperFinisher brad nailer

Max USA introduces SuperFinisher brad nailer.

A new 18-gauge brad nailer from Max USA, the SuperFinisher model NF255SF2/18, boasts innovative features that make it an ideal choice for high-end finishing applications, according to the company.

“We have some special features built into this tool that are a little bit different from a traditional 18-gauge brad nailer. It’s geared more towards contractors that have high-end projects such as luxury homes, remodels and things like that where the finish is extremely important to the end-user,” says Denene Williams, the company’s marketing manager.

The tool features a Precision Point Contact Nose, which allows users to fasten trim in narrow spaces and guides nails to a precise area of the work surface, such as when toe nailing.

“If a nail needs to be shot in a very narrow space, because of the small width of the nose, the nail is easily able to reach that position. Also, when somebody is shooting into material at an angle, the flat-top body can get very close into the surface of the material within 1/8”,” Williams adds.

Other features include the Air Duster to clear dust and debris from the work surface and an anti-dry firing mechanism that prohibits the tool from firing when seven nails remain in the magazine.

The nailer can shoot fastener lengths ranging from 5/8” to 2-1/8”and sells for $389.
