Bosch has added a 12” dual-bevel glide miter saw, called the Surgeon, to its 18-volt Profactor cordless tool lineup.
The model GCM18V-12GDC features the company’s space-saving Axial-Glide linkage, upfront bevel controls, and a large cutting capacity.
“This compact saw is solid yet portable, saves space on your table or bench, and is compatible with a variety of 12” blades,” says Corey Hinkel of Bosch Power Tools.
The saw operates on the Bosch CORE18V battery platform. It has an economy mode for added runtime, laser guide, and Biturbo brushless technology, described by Bosch as “a high-performance brushless motor and drive-train system engineered to take full advantage of the additional power generated by CORE18V Profactor batteries.”
The saw weighs just under 60 pounds and sells as a bare tool for $749.
