AXYZ presents the Innovator, a CNC router that replaces the company’s Legacy Z-Series model with a significant increase in performance, robust construction, and high-precision accuracy at a cost-effective price, according to the company.

“The Innovator is simplistic in the sense that the number of configurations that the machine can be specified for is limited, but the router is by no means an entry-level machine,” says product manager Kevin Recinos.

“It’s equipped with an aluminum vacuum deck, servo motors, as well as an optional exclusive three-position tool changer. A woodworker processing frames for sofas or production stands or cabinetry can set up their operation to have two-to-three tools and further tools can be installed manually. The product is all about giving you the necessary tools to run production.”

The Innovator is available with a 4’ x 4’ or 5’ x 8’ table.

“New standard features include a larger heavy-duty base frame with cast gantry legs for added rigidity; the integrated servo motors replacing stepper servos for smoother motion and higher speeds, premium helical racks offering a new level of cut quality and more,” the company explains.

“The new machine is also designed to be more easily upgradable in the future. In addition to the exclusive three-position tool changer, it also comes pre-wired to install an oscillating or tangential knife, a camera, high-capacity dust collection components, and more.”

The Innovator starts at $36,000.
