Apollo Sprayers introduces the new Precision-5 Pro series of HVLP turbo spray paint systems, offering maximum efficiency while eliminating messy overspray, according to the company. The series includes the Pro and Limited Edition models.
Both models can be used with solvent- or water-based, clear, pigmented and specialized coatings, and feature the company’s Pressure Control System that controls motor speed, voltage and amperage to adjust automatically for altitude and barometric pressure.
They also feature PowerPause, a patented function that provides a 45 second auto-idle mode to preserve motor life and long-term reliability while permitting the highest available flow pressure, according to the company.
“We found that with the Precision 5 system, because of its digital pressure control, that you can infinitely tune the pressure to the exact material viscosity that you’re spraying and that enables you to have the highest efficiency of any turbine system on the market,” says Apollo CEO John Darroch.
The Precision-5 Pro sells for $1,869 with a stainless-steel case, Quadra-Clean 4-stage automotive grade non-washable filtration system, viscosity cup, blow-off tool and a 32’ of Apollo’s Flex-Air hose.
The Limited Edition sells for $1,999 and also includes a 1.3mm and 1.5mm needle and nozzle set, and a cleaning kit.
