Accuride revamps 3800 series draw slides

Accuride International, a manufacturer of ball-bearing slides and movement solutions, redesigned three of its most popular drawer slides in the 3800 series.

The models — 3832 Classic, CH3832 and 3834 — now feature more ball bearings for better movement and a load rating of 100 lbs., according to the company.

They can support drawers up to 24” wide and also feature a new front face frame hole that eliminates the need for mounting brackets.

“Accuride 3800 is one of our flagship products. Most cabinetmakers are very familiar with our family of products because we offer all sorts of features like Easy-Close, Soft-Close and Touch Release,” product manager Claudia Tuttle says.

“We first enhanced the Easy-Close (3832) slide and people liked how it improved movement and construction, so we wanted to have the same changes trickle down in the line.”

The slides are offered in several different finishes. Prices are available through distributors.
