Timesavers set to unveil new four-head sander

Timesavers LLC expanded its line of 2300 Series feed-through sanders with the new production-grade, 52” wide four-head sander. This addition expands the capability of this popular machine line that was previously limited to a maximum of three heads in a single machine frame.

“Small to large furniture and cabinet shops will be excited about this new economic option for a four-head wide-belt sander. Previously, a four-head sander would set you back roughly $150,000. This new 2341-45-0001 sells for less than $100,000 after shipping and on-site training by a service technician,” Timesavers national sales manager Dewayne Kangas said in a statement.

“We have listened to the needs of our customers in this market segment, and we are confident this machine will impress.”

The 2000 Series is the most popular machine line offered by Timesavers LLC, with more than 3,000 units sold since being introduced to the marketplace two decades ago. The addition of a fourth head can allow for a 30 percent increase in production line feed speeds in comparison to a similarly equipped three-head machine, according to the company.
